【摘要】 目的:观察艾灸及针刺五脏背俞穴治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法:通过随机对照的方法,对60例慢性疲劳综合征的患者的临床观察,艾灸组以艾炷灸五脏背俞穴治疗,针刺组以针刺五脏背俞穴治疗。结果:治疗后两组患者《疲劳评定量表》积分值与治疗前相比均有显著降低,具有极显著性差异(P<0.01),疗效显著。两组患者组间整体症状体征改善情况差异比较P>0.05,差异无统计学意义,两组治疗方案在临床症状总体改善方面疗效相同。单个症状改善上各具优势。结论:本课题研究采用艾灸及针刺五脏俞治疗CFS取得显著疗效,两者疗效相同,但在单项症状改善方面各有优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of treating CSF by moxibustion with acupuncture five internal organs back shu points.Methods:By the method of randomized controlled clinical observation of 60 cases of patients with CSF,the moxibustion group was given moxa cone moxibustion five internal organs back-shu points for treatment,and the acupuncture treatment group was treated by acupuncture five internal organs back-shu points.Results:After treatment,the integral value of the Fatigue Assessment Scale compared with before treatment were significantly reduced,with a highly significant difference(P<0.01),the effect is significant.The overall improvement in signs and symptoms of differences between the two groups of patients group,P>0.05,no significant difference in the efficacy of the treatment program in the overall improvement of the clinical symptoms.Single symptom improvement on our respective strengths.Conclusion:Moxibustion and acupuncture five internal organs Yu to the research treatment of CFS made significant efficacy,both equally effective,but have their own advantages in the single symptom improvement.更多还原
