【摘要】 目的:探讨葛根汤加味治疗颈椎病的临床疗效观察。方法:将236例患者随机分为两组,观察组120例,对照组116例,观察组给予葛根汤加味配合点穴推拿法进行治疗;对照组给予西乐葆胶囊配合点穴推拿手法进行治疗。结果:通过治疗,观察组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为81.0%,观察组疗效明显优于观察组,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:葛根汤加味治疗颈椎病疗效显著,确为治疗该病之良方,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of the Gegen decoction on treating cervical spondylosis.Methods:236 patients were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group(120cases)and the control group(116cases),the observation group was treated with the Gegen decoction plus acupuncture,massage therapy;The control group was given celecoxib capsules with the acupuncture massage techniques for treatment.Results:After the treatment,the observation group of the total effective rate was 97.5%,the control group of the total effective rate was 81.0%,the observation group were significantly better than the observation group,the total effective rate the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Gegen decoction on treating cervical disease is effective,indeed,for the treatment of the disease of the recipe,worthy of clinical application.更多还原
