【摘要】 目的观察质子泵抑制剂(PPI)+铋剂+呋喃唑酮+左氧氟沙星四联方案在治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)相关胃十二指肠疾病中的Hp根除率及安全性。方法将临床确诊的142例Hp相关胃十二指肠疾病患者随机分为治疗组(72例)和对照组(70例),治疗组予四联方案治疗,对照组予标准三联方案(PPI+阿莫西林+克拉霉素)治疗。疗程10 d。完成疗程1个月后复查Hp。结果 Hp根除率治疗组(91.67%)显著优于对照组(71.43%)(P<0.05)。结论 PPI+铋剂+呋喃唑酮+左氧氟沙星四联方案治疗Hp相关性胃十二指肠疾病,Hp根除率明显高于标准三联组,且副作用较小,值得临床应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori(Hp) and its security of quadruple program of proton pump inhibitors(PPI),bismuth,furazolidone and levofloxacin in the treatment of patients with gastroduodenal diseases which was associated Hp.Methods One hundred and fourty-two patients with Hp associated gastroduodenal diseases were divided into two groups randomly.In the treatment group 72 patients was treated with quadruple program for 10 days,and the control group 70 patients was treated with standard triple therapy(PPI + Amoxicillin + Clarithromycin) for 10 days.Hp was reexamined in all patients in two group 1 months after treatment. Results The eradication rate of Hp in treatment group(91.67%) was significantly higher than that(71.43%) in control group(P < 0.05 ).Conclusion There is a high eradication rate of Hp and little side effect in patients with Hp associated gastroduodenal diseases treated with quadruple program consisting of PPI,bismuth,furazolidone and levofloxacin,so it is worthy of clinical application.更多还原
