【摘要】 目的探讨高速磨切联合骨水泥充填治疗四肢骨巨细胞瘤的临床效果。方法将32例骨巨细胞瘤随机分为观察组和对照组,其中观察组18例,采取高速磨切联合骨水泥充填手术治疗;对照组14例,采取病灶刮除植骨手术治疗,术后根据Mankin疗效判断标准评价肢体功能恢复情况。结果观察组肢体功能恢复明显优于对照组(χ2=4.23,P<0.05)。结论高速磨切联合骨水泥充填术治疗四肢骨巨细胞瘤是安全的,并可有效恢复骨巨细胞瘤术后肢体功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of high speed grinding cut combined with bone cement filling in the treatment of giant cell tumor of the bone(GCTOB).Methods Thirty-two cases of GCTOB were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Eighteen cases of the observation group were treated by high speed grinding cut combined with bone cement filling.Fourteen cases of the control group were treated by clearance of focal lesions combined with bone grafting.After operation Mankin judgment standard was used for evaluating limbs function.Results The observation group was superior to the control group in recovery of limbs function (χ2=4.23,P<0.05).Conclusion High-speed grinding cut combined with bone cement filling in the treatment of GCTOB is safe, so it can improves the post -operative limb function greatly.更多还原
