【摘要】 目的了解内蒙古自治区疾病预防控制(以下简称"疾控")机构仪器设备和房屋建筑情况,为加强基础建设和制定疾控体系仪器设备装备规划提供科学依据。方法对内蒙古自治区、盟市、旗县区三级疾控机构进行普查。结果 2011年自治区、盟市和旗县区级疾控机构按国家标准仪器设备拥有率分别为57.07%、49.42%和50.23%,按基本功能必须装备的仪器设备种类拥有率分别为88.14%、83.48%、69.41%;盟市级仪器设备拥有率为中部好于西部,西部好于东部,旗县区级仪器设备拥有率为中部好于西部和东部(东西部基本相同)。人均房屋建筑面积为51.81、50.20、42.60 m2,盟市房屋建筑达标率为41.67%,且西部好于中部,中部好于东部,而旗县区级为25.60%,东部好于中部,中部好于西部。结论自治区级疾控机构仪器设备基本能满足常规工作开展需要,盟市和旗县区级疾控机构仪器设备尚不能维持常规工作的开展,人均房屋建筑面积均仅有1/2的盟市级和1/4的旗县区级疾控机构满足工作需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To understand the status of equipments and housing construction in disease control and prevention institutions(CDCs) of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,provide scientific evidence for improving the basic construction and developing the facility resource planning.[Methods]A general survey was conducted in autonomous region-level,city-level and county/district-level CDCs.[Results] In 2011,the equipping rate of equipments according to the national standards in autonomous region-level,city-level and county/district-level CDCs was 57.07%,49.42% and 50.23% respectively.According to the basic function,the equipping rate of equipments which must be equipped was 88.14%,83.48% and 69.41% respectively.Among city-level CDCs,the quipping rate of equipments in central region was higher than that in western region,and the quipping rate in western region was higher than that in eastern region.Among county/district-level CDCs,the quipping rate of equipments in central region was higher than that in western region and eastern region,and the quipping rate in western region was similar to that in eastern region.The per capita housing area was 51.81 m2,50.20 m2,and 42.60 m2 respectively.The qualified rate of housing construction in city-level CDCs was 41.67%,and the qualified rate in western region was higher than that in eastern region and central region.The qualified rate of housing construction in county/district-level CDCs was 25.60%,and the qualified rate in eastern region was higher than that in western region and central region.[Conclusion]The instruments and equipments in Autonomous Region CDC can almost meet the requirements for routine operation,while those in city-level and county/district-level CDCs cannot maintain routine operation.Only half of the city-level CDCs and a quarter of county/district-level CDCs have appropriate housing construction that can meet the requirement for basic function.更多还原
