【摘要】 积聚涵盖了当今诸多腹部肿瘤性疾病。明代医家汪机所著《医学原理》论述"积聚"一章内容宏富。汪机认为积聚之形成是因"中气亏败、健运失常",导致"痰、血、饮、食、气、水"停蓄不散而成,治当以"攻补兼施";所列诸方采撷百家,可概括为消食散积、散郁消积、散寒消积、软坚攻积、扶正消积诸法,为后学提供了很多对恶性肿瘤中医诊治有启发意义的宝贵经验,值得借鉴应用于临床。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abdominal Mass includes many of modern abdominal tumor diseases.The chapter of Abdominal Mass in Medical Principles,written by WANG Ji,a famous doctor in Ming Dynasty,is abundant in content.In his opinion,the reasons for the formation of abdominal mass are resulted in phlegm,blood,drink,food,Qi and water stopping and blocking in body because of weakened transportation for the failure of middle Qi,treatment of these diseases should be treated by strengthening body resistance and eliminating evils.The therapies in this book were collected from many ancient physicians,including improving digestion and dispersing mass,dispelling melancholy and dispersing mass,dispelling cold and dispersing mass,softening hard mass and dispersing mass,strengthening body resistance and dispersing mass.These experiences are valued for our clinical work in malignant tumors treatment.更多还原
