经腹膜后腹腔镜输尿管切开取石术82例临床分析
Laparoscopic Ureterolithotomy for the Treatment of 82 Patients with Ureter Calculi
【摘要】 目的:探讨经后腹腔途径行腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术的临床意义和操作技术。方法:回顾性分析笔者所在科82例经后腹腔途径腹腔镜下行输尿管切开取石术患者的临床资料。结果:所有82例手术均顺利完成,无相关术中术后并发症。结论:经后腹腔途径行腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术是治疗输尿管上、中段结石安全有效的方法。
【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the technical detail of retroperitoneoscopic ureterolithotomy and evaluate its clinical effect.Method:The clinical data of 82 patients underwent retroperitoneoscopic ureterolithotomywere analyzed retrospectively.Result:All the operations succeeded,no complication was observed.Conclusion:Retroperitoneoscopic ureterolithotomy is safe and effective in treating proximal ormiddle ureteral calculi.
