【摘要】 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声检查在睾丸扭转诊断中的价值。方法:对34例睾丸扭转患者的超声声像图资料及手术探查结果进行分析。结果:所有患者均行阴囊彩色多普勒超声检查,诊断符合率达97.1%,超声检查表现为阴囊壁增厚,睾丸体积增大,内部回声稍减低,彩色多普勒血流图显示睾丸内血流明显减少,甚至消失,频谱显示动脉血流阻力指数升高。结论:彩色多普勒超声检查可以对睾丸扭转做出初步诊断和鉴别诊断,是首选的影像学检查方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate color doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of torsion of testicular appendix.Method:Ultrasound findings and histological results were retrospectively studied in 34 men with testicular appendix torsion.Result:All patients underwent scrotal color Doppler ultrasound examination,with positive rate of 97.1%.The early direct signs of testicular appendix torsion presented as an enlarged circular nodule between the testis and epididymis.This nodule was characterized sahypoechoic or heterogeneous.CDFI showd no significant blood flow wihin the nodule,but ipsilateralepididymal head and testicular blood flow signals were abundant.The late direct signs included circular,hypeechoic nodule with significantly decreased size.Conclusion:Color doppler ultrasonography,contributive to the preliminary diagnosis and differential diagnosis,which can be the first choice in medical imaging for the diagnosis of torsion of testicular appendix.更多还原
