【摘要】 目的了解江西省公众结核病防治知识知晓率及可能影响因素,为有效开展结核病防治健康教育提供依据。方法采取目的抽样的方法,选取第五次全国结核病流行病学调查点为调查现场,纳入8 105例居民进行结核病知晓率问卷调查。描述性分析公众结核病防治知识总知晓率和全部知晓率,利用单因素和多重线性回归探讨结核病防治知识得分影响因素。结果江西省公众结核病防治总知晓率为63.9%,全部知晓率为26.7%。多因素分析显示影响结核病防治知识得分的因素有年龄、城乡分布、性别及既往是否患过肺结核(P<0.05),其中对分值影响较大的是城乡分布(β’=-0.332,P<0.05)和年龄差异(β’=-0.236,P<0.05)。结论江西省公众结核病防治知识知晓水平比较低,应加强对老年人口、城市人口、女性及既往未患过肺结核人群的健康教育工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objectives】 To understand the current status of awareness rate of tuberculosis and its risk factors,to provide baseline data for impacting health education and health promotion on tuberculosis control and prevention.【Methods】 One-on-one interview with questionnaire was carried out in 8 105 residents in the 5th tuberculosis epidemiology survey districts which were chosen by purposive sampling on awareness rate and risk factors of tuberculosis.Univariate analysis and multiple linear regressions were used to determine factors associated with tuberculosis messages score.【Results】 The public awareness rate of key tuberculosis messages was 63.9%,26.7% of respondents gave correct respondent to all the five key messages.Key tuberculosis messages scores were associated with age,distribution of rural and urban,gender and tuberculosis medical history.And distribution of rural and urban(β’=-0.332,P <0.05),age(β’=-0.236,P <0.05) were the most important risk factors on score.【Conclusion】 The awareness rate of key tuberculosis messages was lower in Jiangxi Province.It is necessary to impetus health education on elders,women and in urban.更多还原
