【摘要】 由于信息本身的特征和药品的属性、专业分工、搜寻成本和信息垄断、农村现状等原因,农村药品流通中各方主体在药品质量信息上存在不对称,从而导致道德风险、逆向选择,影响资源配置。因此,要由政府引导建立信号显示机制,建立健全药品流通监管机制,并提升公众的信息获取能力,改善政府监管部门监管效能,弱化这种信息不对称。更多还原

【Abstract】 Due to factors of the characteristic of information,drug’s properties,professional division,cost of search,information monopoly and status of rural China,there exists information asymmetry of drug quality among every subjects in rural drug circulation,which results in moral hazard,adverse selection,and influence on allocation of resources.Therefore,some countermeasures should be put forward to reduce the information asymmetry,such as establishing signal display mechanism guided by the government,developing supervision mechanism on drugs circulation,enhancing the publics’ ability to obtain information,and improving the efficiency of governmental supervision.更多还原
