【Abstract】 Based on the shaped urban medical care and health service system and the conditions of our nation,the article put forward the strategies for enhancing community medical care system,i.e.to develop a "two-way and dual consultations" policy with Chinese characteristics in community medical care system,to set up urban hierarchy treatment and two-way referral system,and to set up urban community medical treatment security mechanism,to solve the problems of "difficult and unaffordable to visit doctors",therefore to facilitate the implementation of "minor disease treated in community clinics,severe diseases treated in big hospitals,surgery operation performed in hospitals and rehabilitation implemented in community".更多还原
