2010年舟山市市售海虾中创伤弧菌的定量检测及其基因分型

【摘要】 目的:为了解舟山市海虾中创伤弧菌(Vibrio vulnificus,VV)污染状况及其致病基因型别。方法:从舟山市区三大菜场采集市售海虾114份进行VV定性、定量分析及其致病基因检测。结果:114份样品检出23份VV,检出阳性率为20.18%。不同月份检出率有统计学意义(χ2=32.92,P<0.05),8月份检出率最高为56.7%。17株VV菌株为溶血素A基因(vvhA)核酸阳性,vcgC/E和16S rRNA A/B分型结果显示,CAB型8株,CB型5株,CA型4株。结论:舟山市售海虾中VV污染状况夏季较为严重,基因型呈多样性,检出临床分离的主要基因型CB型5株。应对海虾中VV引起食源性感染的潜在风险进行评估,预防VV食源性疾病暴发的发生。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the contamination level and the pathogenic genotypes of Vibrio vulnificus in sea shrimp of Zhoushan market.Methods:114 samples of sea shrimp were collected and analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively for V.vulnificus and the pathogenic genotypes of V.vulnificus in these shrimp samples from three retail markets in Zhoushan were detected.Results:23 samples were positive for V.vulnificus in 114 samples,and the positive rate was 20.18%.The positive rates in different months had statistical significance(χ2=32.92,P <0.05),and the maximum positive rate was 56.7% in August.Hemolysin A(vvhA) gene was positive in 17 isolates of V.vulnificus.vcgC/E and 16S rRNA A/B genotyping results showed that 8 isolates were CAB type,5 isolates were CB type and 4 isolates were CA type.Conclusion:V.vulnificus contamination in sea shrimp in Zhoushan retail markets was serious,especially in August.The genotypes of V.vulnificus was found diverse,and the main geno-type was CB type(5 strains) in clinical isolates.The potential risk of foodborne infection by V.vulnificus should be assessed to prevent the outbreak of foodborne disease caused by V.vulnificus.
