离子色谱法测定血液透析用水中五种离子
Determination of 5 ions in dialysis water by ion chromatography
【摘要】 目的:建立离子色谱同时测定血液透析用水中F-、Cl-、NO3-、SO42-、Cr(Ⅵ)五种离子含量的方法。方法:选用METROSEP A SUPP 4-250分离柱,METROSEP A SUPP 4/5 Guard保护柱,用1.8 mmol/L Na2CO3与1.7 mmol/L NaHCO3的混合液作为流动相淋洗液,流速为1.1 ml/min。结果:在0.01 mg/L~10.00 mg/L浓度范围内五种离子测定的线性良好,相关系数r>0.999。结论:该方法简便省时,准确度、精密度好,能满足国家血液透析用水行业标准、欧洲药典及美国AAMI的标准要求。
【Abstract】 Objective:To develop a method for simultaneous determination of 5 ions in dialysis water by ion chromatography.Methods: 5 ions were separated by METROSEP A SUPP 4-250 Separation colunm with METROSEP A SUPP 4/5 Guard column and eluent containing 1.8 mmol/L NaCO3 and 1.7 mmol/L NaHCO3 as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.1 ml/min.Results: Linear curve was obtained in the range of 0.01 mg/L~10.00 mg/L with a correlation coefficient more than 0.999.Condusion: The method enables rapid,accurate and sensitive analysis for the national dialysis water industry standards,the European pharmacopoeia and AAMI.
