【摘要】 目的 :探讨髓核切除术治疗颈椎间盘突出症的手术适应症及疗效。方法 :自1998年6月~2009年6月,选择475例颈椎间盘突出症患者,在C型臂X线机、CT和DSA引导下行颈椎间盘髓核切除术。术后随访2~9年(平均5年)。结果:采用Williams评定标准进行疗效评定,优287例、良119例、可62例、差7例,优良率85.47%。结论 :经皮穿刺颈椎间盘切除术治疗颈椎间盘突出症方法简单,手术时间短、安全、并发症少、疗效满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyse the clinical effect of percutaneous cervical diskectomy on the treatment of cervical disc herniation.Methods: From 1998 June to 2009 June,475 cases with cervical intervertebral disc herniation were treated with percutaneous cervical diskectomy guided by C arm X-ray machine,CT and DSA.All postoperative patients were followed-up for 2 ~ 9 years(mean 5 years).Results: According to Williams criteria for assessment of therapeutic effects,excellent in 287 cases,good in 119 cases,fair in 62 cases,poor in 7 cases,the excellent and good rate was 85.47%.Conclusion: Percutaneous cervical diskectomy was an effective treatment for cervical disc herniation,with the advantage of simple,short operation time,safety,less complications,curative effect satisfaction.更多还原
