【摘要】 目的探讨不同病因对男性不育患者精子形态的影响。方法 426例男性不育患者根据病因分为7组:精索静脉曲张组(68例)、慢性前列腺炎组(127例)、精索静脉曲张合并慢性前列腺炎组(36例)、特发性弱精子症组(42例)、少精子症组(115例)、小睾丸症组(21例)及其它组(17例),用瑞-姬氏染色法进行精子形态分析。以78例供精者精液检查结果作为对照。结果不育患者的形态正常精子百分率明显低于对照组(P<0.001),精子头部畸形率明显高于对照组(P<0.001);不育各组精子形态异常率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义,不育各组精子形态异常率均高于对照组;精索静脉曲张合并慢性前列腺炎组、少精子症组、小睾丸症组分别与慢性前列腺炎组相比较,差异均有统计学意义,慢性前列腺炎组精子形态异常率低于精索静脉曲张合并慢性前列腺炎组、小睾丸症组和少精子症组。结论精子形态缺陷率在不同病因男性不育患者中呈现出不同程度的增高,提示精子形态学分析是反映患者睾丸受损程度的一项敏感指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evalute the effect of different etiology on sperm morphology in male infertility.Methods Semen from 426 infertile men which were divided into seven groups,varicocele groups(VC groups,68 cases),chronic prostatitis groups(CP groups,127 cases),varicocele patients with chronic prostatitis groups(VC with CP groups,36cases),idiopathic asthenozoospermia groups(42 cases),oligospermia groups(115 cases),small testes syndrome groups(21 cases) and other groups(17 cases),Sperm morphology was analyzed by Wright-Giemsa stain and those of 78 normal semen donors were taken as the control.Results The percentage of morphologically normal sperm in infertile men groups were significantly lower and the percentage of head defect sperm were significantly higher than that in control groups(P<0.001);A significantly increased percentage of teratozoospermia were found in all infertile groups comparing with those in controls.The percentage of teratozoospermia in CP groups were significantly lower than that in VC with CP groups,small testes syndrome groups and oligospermia groups.Conclusion The rate of sperm morphological defects increased to varying degrees in different causes of male infertility.Sperm morphology analysis is one of the good indexes in evaluating testes injury.更多还原
