【摘要】 采用SDS-PAGE测定了82个副猪嗜血杆菌分离株细胞外膜蛋白(OMP),比较不同临床背景分离株的OMP表型差异,分析了OMP与毒力菌株的相关性。结果表明,外膜蛋白分为3种类型:PAGE I、PAGE II和PAGEⅢ型。约34%患病猪分离株属于PAGE I型,只有约9%健康猪分离株属于PAGE I型,说明36 000～40 000蛋白与菌株的毒力相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 The out membrane protein(OMP) in 82 isolations of Haemophilus Parasuis were determined by SDS-PAGE.We compared the diversity of the OMP phenotype of isolates from diffent clinical background to explore the associativity between OMP and virulence pathogen.The results showed that isolates are divided into 3 major PAGE type groups as differece of Rf.PAGE I is characterized betwee 36 000 and 40 000 OMP,and included about 34% isolates recovered from disease pigs and 9% isolates recovered from healthy pigs;PAGE II is characterized by absence of the 36 000-40 000 proteins.It is shown that the 36 000-40 000 OMP could be related to virulence.更多还原
