【摘要】 目的探讨精子密度、活率及年龄与男性不育患者之间的关系。方法通过对本院2008年3月至2012年3月50例不育患者的年龄、精子密度、活性之间的资料进行分析,总结三者与精子形态之间的关系。结果不育患者精子形态和精子密度、活力呈正相关关系(P<0.05),患者年龄与精子密度、活力不成相关关系(P>0.05)。结论精子密度、活率与男性不育息息相关,患者年龄与之是否相关仍需要进一步研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationships between the density,vitality and morphology of sperm.Methods 60 patients with infertility from March 2008 to March 2012,collected and analysised the data of the infertility patients about infertility patients age,density,vitality and morphology of Sperm。Results The density,vitality and morphology are positively related(P< 0.05);the age is no relationship about itality and morphology(P> 0.05)。Conclusion The sperm morphology is closely related to sperm density and vitality,and it should be combined with the spemr morphology and other parameters to evaluate the infertility patients。更多还原
