【摘要】 目的探讨中药排石汤辅助体外震波碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床疗效。方法采用深圳致恒公司ZH-VC型X线定位的体外冲击波碎石机进行治疗,治疗后服用我院自制排石汤。结果 461例患者经体外冲击波碎石治疗,427例疼痛及肾积水缓解,有效率达到93%,服用排石汤后,1周至2个月后复查有446例结石排出,有效率达到96%,所有病例治疗过程中均未出现明显不良反应。结论排石汤配合体外冲击波碎石术是治疗输尿管结石的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Explore TCM row of stone soup auxiliary clinical efficacy of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment of ureteral calculi.Methods Shenzhen to constant X-ray of a VC ZH positioning of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment.Our hospital treatment after taking homemade row of stone soup.Results 461 patients after extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment of 427 cases of pain and hydronephrotic mitigation,efficiency of 93%.Taking the row of stone soup,february,one week after the review of 446 cases of stone expulsion efficiency reached 96%,no obvious adverse reaction in all cases the course of treatment.Conclusion Row of stone soup with the extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy is an effective method for the treatment of ureteral stones.更多还原
