【摘要】 目的探讨超早期显微镜下手术治疗高血压脑出血的疗效。方法对36例高血压脑出血患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果清除血肿量达90%以上,5例再次出血,2例死亡,植物状态生存4例。术后6个月随访,愈后良好30例,其中16例基本可生活自理。结论超早期显微手术对高血压脑出血患者是有利的,可降低患者死亡率,改善患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the ultra-early surgery under a microscope, the efficacy of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 36 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were retrospectively analyzed. Results Remove the hematoma volume of more than 90%, 5 cases of re-bleeding, 2 patients died, vegetative state to survive in 4 cases. after 6 months follow-up, a good prognosis, 30 cases including 16 cases of the basic self-care can be.
