【摘要】 目的探讨DWI对脑转移瘤的组织学特征诊断价值。方法分析33例不同病理类型的脑转移瘤DWI信号的差别,并在ADC图上计算其相对ADC值(rADC),分析不同组织学类型脑转移瘤rADC之间的区别。结果在DWI上高分化腺癌脑转移瘤倾向于显示低信号,小细胞和大细胞神经内分泌癌脑转移瘤呈现高信号。高分化腺癌脑转移瘤DWI上平均信号强度明显低于低分化腺癌脑转移瘤及其他病理类型脑转移瘤(P<0.05),高分化腺癌脑转移瘤平均rADC值明显高于低分化腺癌及其他病理类型的脑转移瘤(P<0.05)。结论不同病理类型的脑转移瘤在DWI和ADC图上具有相应的特征,DWI有助于对其组织学类型进行评估。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the values of DWI in predicting the histological type of brain metastasis.Methods The SI on DWI was performed corresponding to tumor histology in the thirty-three patients,The relative ADC(rADC) value on ADC map was analyzed corresponding the histological type.Results On DWI,well differentiated adenocarcinoma tended to show hypointensity relative to gray matter.Small-cell and large-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma showed hyperintensity.The mean SI on DWI was significantly lower in well differentiated than in poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and lesion other than adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).The mean rADC value was significantly higher in well differentiated than poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma and lesion other than adenocarcinoma(P<0.05).Conclusion DWI and ADC value may predict the histology of metastasis.更多还原
