正交试验法优选芪胶膏水提取工艺

【摘要】 目的:优选芪胶膏水提取工艺。方法:以黄芪甲苷和水浸出物提出量为考察指标,采用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法测定黄芪甲苷含量,选取提取次数、提取时间及加水量为考察因素,正交设计法优选芪胶膏水提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为加8倍量水煎煮3次,每次1 h。结论:该优选工艺提取芪胶膏中黄芪甲苷时,收率较高且稳定可行。

【Abstract】 Objective:To optimize water extraction technology of Qijiao ointment.Method:With astragaloside and water extracts as indexes,HPLC-ELSD was used to determined the content of them,water extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design,extraction times,extraction time and the amount of water were investigated as factors.Result:Optimal water extraction process of Qijiao ointment was:added 8 times the amount of water,decocting for three times,1 h each time.Conclusion:This optimized technology was stable and feasible,it showed high yield of astragaloside in Qijiao ointment.
