【摘要】 尽管PBL已逐渐成为我国医学教育改革发展的方向,实行典型的PBL教学对我国目前的医学教育并不现实。文章提出了将PBL教学理念应用到大班教学,使PBL与传统教学有机结合的有效途径,分析了这一做法的必要性和可行性,简要介绍了南京医科大学病理生理学系在这方面的实践,并讨论了存在的问题和注意点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Although PBL is gradually becoming a trend in medical education in China,implementation of classical PBL is not realistic at the present time.In this paper,the authors proposed application of PBL principles in pathophysiological teaching of big class students and analyzed its necessity and feasibility.The authors also introduced briefly the efforts made in Nanjing Medical University and discussed the existing problems and matters to which attention should be paid.更多还原
