【摘要】 目的:了解舒肝解郁胶囊对轻中度抑郁症的治疗效果及不良反应。方法:将符合CCMD-3轻中度抑郁症诊断标准的60例患者随机分为舒肝解郁组(30例)和帕罗西汀组(30例),分别在治疗前以及治疗后的第l、2、4、6周采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效,采用副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果:舒肝解郁胶囊和帕罗西汀对于轻中度抑郁症均有显著疗效,2组间疗效无显著差异(P>0.05)。舒肝解郁组的不良反应明显小于帕罗西汀组(P<0.05)。结论:舒肝解郁胶囊治疗轻中度抑郁症安全有效,不良反应小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect and side effects of Shugan-jieyu capsule for treating the patients with depression.Methods:A total of 60 patients meeting the criteria of CCMD-3 for mild to moderate depression were randomly assigned to Shugan-jieyu capsule group(n=30) or Paroxetine group(n=30) for 6 weeks before and after treatments of 1,2,4,6 weeks.The efficacy and side effects were assessed with HAMD and TESS.Results: Both Shugan-jieyu capsule group and Paroxetine group showed significant improvement after treatment,while there was no significant difference between two groups.Shugan-jieyu capsule group had significantly less side effects than Paroxetine group.Conclusions: Shugan-jieyu capsule is safe and effective with slight side effects for treating patients with depression.更多还原
