【摘要】 目的:探讨负性情绪对慢性心力衰竭患者自我效能感的影响,为临床心理干预提供依据。方法:采用抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)以及一般自我效能感量表(GSES)对80例慢性心力衰竭患者进行测评,将结果与80例健康人进行比较。结果:①慢性心力衰竭患者SDS、SAS评分明显高于健康人,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②慢性心力衰竭患者GSES评分明显低于健康人群,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。③GSES分与SDS、SAS具有负相关性(r=-0.342、-0.372;P<0.01)。结论:慢性心力衰竭患者自我效能感较低,自我效能感低的患者易产生焦虑抑郁情绪。临床治疗中,应帮助患者提高自我效能感,以便更好地消除负性情绪,促进康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the impact of negative emotions on self-efficacy in patients with chronic heart failure,provide the basis for clinical psychological intervention.Methods:80 patients with chronic heart failure was assessed by SDS,SAS and GSES,the result was compared with 80 healthy crowds.Results:①The scores of SDS,SAS of patients with chronic heart failure were higher than healthy crowds,there was statistical difference(P<0.01).②The score of GSES of patients with chronic heart failure was lower than healthy crowds,there was statistical difference(P<0.01).③The GSES with SDS,SAS had a negative correlation(r=-0.342,0.372;P<0.01).Conclusion:Self-efficacy of the patient with chronic heart failure is lower,the patient whose self-efficacy was lower could produce anxiety depression emotions.In the clinical treatment,should help patients improve self-efficacy,in order to eliminate the negative emotions,promote rehabilitation.更多还原
