【摘要】 目的观察血管生成素-2(Ang-2)在肺癌患者血清中的表达水平,并探讨其在肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法以38例正常人群为参照,回顾性分析91例肺癌患者血清Ang-2水平,并将Ang-2分别与CA125、CA153、CA199、AFP、CEA或它们的组合及这些单项标记物或组合与Ang-2组合后的阳性率进行比较。结果肺癌组患者血清Ang-2均值及阳性率明显高于对照组(P<0.001),其Ⅳ期与Ⅲ期,Ⅳ期与Ⅰ、Ⅱ期及Ⅲ期与Ⅰ、Ⅱ期间Ang-2均值差异均有统计学意义(t=2.114,P<0.025;t=3.019,P<0.0025;t=1.794,P<0.05)。患者的单项标记物比较,以Ang-2阳性率最高。Ang-2/CEA/CA125联合检测阳性率较单项检测明显提高。结论 Ang-2在肺癌各期患者血清中均有较高表达,其表达水平与肿瘤转移、分期有关,对肺癌临床分期有参考价值;Ang-2/CA125/CEA组合检测项目少、经济实用且阳性率提高显著,在肺癌的辅助诊断中应具有较大的实用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the expression of serum Ang-2 in patients with lung cancer,and explore its application value in diagnosis of lung cancer.Methods 38 cases of normal population as the reference,serum Ang-2 in 91 cases patients with lung cancer were retrospectively analyzed;Then the positive rate of serum Ang-2 in patients with lung cancer were respectively compared with that of the single marker such as CA125,CA153,CA199,AFP,CEA or their combination and those single or the combination markers combined with Ang-2.Results The average value and positive rate of serum Ang-2 in lung cancer group was significantly higher than that of in control group(P<0.001).There were statistical significance on the average value of serum Ang-2 between the stageⅣand the stageⅢ,theⅣstage and the stageⅠ,Ⅱ,the stageⅢand the stageⅠ,Ⅱin patients with lung cancer(t and P respectively were 2.114,P<0.025;3.019,P<0.0025;1.794,P<0.05).In the positive rate of single markers in patients with lung cancer,Ang-2 was the highest.The positive rate of serum Ang-2,CEA and CA125 union improve significantly than that of the single joint.Conclusions Serum Ang-2 in patients with lung cancer in each period all have higher expression.The expression level and tumor metastasis,the installment,the clinical stage to lung cancer has reference value.The Ang-2,CA125,CEA combination,project detection little,economical and practical,positive significant increase in lung cancer diagnosis of the auxiliary has great practical value.更多还原
