非水滴定法测定酮苯丙氨酸钙等4种酮氨基酸钙的含量

【摘要】 目的建立了分别测定4种酮氨基酸钙含量的非水酸碱返滴定法。方法取样品,加入过量高氯酸滴定液(0.1mol/L)至完全溶解,再以丙酮作稀释剂,以甲醇钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)进行非水电位滴定,用一阶导数法确定滴定终点,结合两次滴定结果计算含量。结果 4种酮氨基酸钙含量测定重复性试验的RSD分别为0.28%、0.30%、0.37%和0.33%。结论本法准确、重复性好,可用于4种酮氨基酸钙的含量测定。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a non-aqueous titration method for the separately determination of four kinds of ketone amino acid calcium.?Methods In another sample,it added an excess of perchloric acid titration solution(0.1mol/L) until the sample was completely dissolved,then added acetone as diluent,and titrated by sodium methoxide titration solution(0.1mol/L).The endpoint was determined by first derivative method.The determination was calculated by combined with the results of the two titration.?Results Determination of repeatability of RSD for α-ketoleucine calcium,α-ketoisoleucine calcium,α-ketophenylalanine calcium and α-ketovaline calcium were 0.28%,0.30%,0.37% and 0.33%.Conclusion This method was accurate,reproducible,and could be used for the determination of four kinds of ketone amino calcium content.
