【摘要】 目的观察银质针导热疗法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将82例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为对照组(n=41)和治疗组(n=41)。对照组采用颈椎牵引联合微波治疗,治疗组采用银质针导热联合颈椎牵引治疗。治疗前及治疗1个疗程后利用颈性眩晕症状与功能评估量表(ESCV)及经颅多普勒超声对两组进行检测,并对其临床疗效进行比较。结果治疗后两组的ES-CV评分,左椎动脉、右椎动脉、基底动脉收缩期峰值血流速度均较治疗前明显提高(P<0.01),且以治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论银质针导热疗法联合颈椎牵引能加快椎动脉型颈椎病患者椎-基底动脉血流速度,改善临床症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of silver needle thermo-conduction on cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA).Methods 82 patients with CSA were randomly divided into control group(n=41) and treatment group(n=41).The control group was treated with cervical traction combined with microwave diathermy,and the treatment group was treated with silver needle thermo-conduction combined with cervical traction.Both groups were evaluated with Evaluation Scale for Cervical Vertigo(ESCV) and transcranial Doppler before and 1 course after treatment.Results The ESCV score,the peak blood flow velocity of period of contraction of left vertebral artery,right vertebral artery and basilar artery in both groups were significantly higher after treatment than before(P<0.01),the treatment group was better than the control group after treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Silver needle thermo-conduction combined with cervical traction therapy can accelerate the blood flow of patients with CSA and improve their clinical symptoms.更多还原
