【摘要】 采用文献资料法和逻辑分析方法,从制度、经济、社会文化、残疾人人力资源和特殊教育五个方面论述了浙江省残疾人体育支持系统,分析了浙江省残疾人体育制约因素,认为:残疾人基层体育组织建设滞后,体育与经济发展不协调,城乡发展不平衡,社会体育指导员和特教学校师资专业化水平低,残疾人自身健身观念落后等因素制约了浙江省残疾人体育的发展。针对制约因素,并提出了发展浙江省残疾人体育的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the method of literature and logical analysis,this paper has discussed the disabled sports support system and analysed the disabled sports restrictions in Zhejiang province from system,economy,social culture,human resources of persons with disabilities and special education and so on.The result shows that the construction of the disabled sports organizations in community lags;the development of sports and economy is not harmonious;the development in city and countryside is unbalanced;the specialization level of social sports instructors and special school teachers is low;the concept of bodybuilding for the disabled is backward;Above factors restricted the development of sports for the disabled in Zhejiang province.According to these restricting factors,the countermeasure of the development of sports for the disabled is put forward in Zhejiang province.更多还原
