【摘要】 俄罗斯社会态度对俄罗斯私立高等教育的发展有着很大的影响。文章从俄罗斯社会存在的两种主要社会态度出发,阐述其在私立高等教育发展的每一个阶段对私立高等教育的认识与评价,总结社会态度对私立高等教育发展的影响,得出如下结论:肯定、赞同的社会态度为私立高等教育营造了良好的发展空间;否定、反对的社会态度所带来的负面影响制约着私立高等教育的发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social attitudes have a great impact on the development of private higher education in Russia.Starting from Russian’s existence of two social attitudes this paper elaborates the awareness and evaluation of the mainstream social attitude towards private higher education during each stage of its development,and summarizes the impact of social attitudes on the development of private higher education.It concludes that a positive social attitude can create a good development environment for private higher education whereas the adverse impact due to negative social attitude restricts its development.更多还原
