PCR衍生技术在刚地弓形虫基因鉴定和分型中的应用

【摘要】 不同基因型刚地弓形虫(Toxoplasma gondii)的致病力及对药物的敏感性等均存在较大的差异。运用PCR衍生技术对不同弓形虫株进行基因鉴定和分型,可为弓形虫病的临床诊断和治疗提供重要依据。本文就PCR衍生技术在弓形虫基因鉴定及分型中的应用进展作一综述。

【Abstract】 Different genotypes of Toxoplasma gondii show a great diversity in pathogenicity and drug sensitivity.Application of the PCR-derived technologies in gene identification and typing of T.gondii provides an important basis to clinical diagnosis and treatment.This article reviews the relevant technologies in gene identification and typing of T.gondii.
