【摘要】 目的:观察脐疗合耳穴压丸干预肝郁脾虚型亚健康干部的临床疗效。方法:将200例辨证为肝郁脾虚型亚健康的干部随机分为干预组和非干预组各100例。干预组通过脐疗合耳穴压丸治疗,非干预组不予干预,选用SCL-90问卷调查表中躯体化、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑四大因子制成的量表进行评分,观察两组前后计分变化并进行统计学分析以确定疗效。结果:干预组治疗后的症状积分较治疗前的症状积分减少,同非干预组治疗后的症状总积分比较,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:肝疗合耳穴压丸能解除亚健康状态,提高其生活质量,对保健有着重要意义,可用于所有亚健康患者,值得进一步推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect on the Hilum therapy and auricular point sticking bean intervention for sub-health cadre of the depressed liver with the insufficient spleen type.Methods:200 cases of dialectic as the depressed liver with the insufficient spleen type of sub-health of cadre were randomly divided into intervention group and non-intervention group with 100 cases in each group.The intervention group used Hilum therapy and auricular point sticking bean,the non-intervention group was without intervention.Using SCL-90 questionnaire in somatization,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,four factors made scale score in two groups,to determine the efficacy through observing the change before and after scoring and statistical analysis.Results:The symptoms integral of intervention group after treatment was statistically reduced than symptom integral before the treatment,and it was compared with non-intervention group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Conclusion: It can relieve sub-healthy state,improve their quality of life,to strengthen the cadre health care,with a great significance.It can be applied to all sub-health patients,greatly reduce the medical cost and social cost of health care,in the meanwhile,it can provides a basis for new occupation birth of sub-health care.It is worth popularizing.更多还原
