【Abstract】 Through evaluating the development of mold enterprises and their demands for talents,we discuss a training mode based on school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination for the major of mold at higher vocational college.This mode could meet the companies’ thirst for high-quality and highly skilled personnel and help the students adapt to the enterprises’ demands and realize their ralues in an easier way.更多还原
