低碱比H2O2的电化学合成
Electrochemical synthesis of H2O2 solution with low alkali ratio
【摘要】 采用线性扫描伏安法和恒电流电解技术探讨了分隔式电解槽中以自制的石墨/聚四乙烯气体扩散电极(GDE)合成低碱比H2O2溶液的方法,着重考察了pH值、催化剂(2-乙基蒽醌)载量、电流密度及电解液温度等对H2O2电合成效率的影响.结果表明:当温度低于35℃时,在分隔式电解槽中以pH=12的2.5%Na2SO4溶液为阴极液、2-乙基蒽醌载量为1 mg/cm2的GDE为阴极,控制电流密度为750 A/m2条件下,经8 h电解可以制得低碱比(0.23)的H2O2溶液,其中H2O2浓度达0.45 mol/L.18 d的连续电解试验初步表明该体系具有较高的电流效率(约83%)和良好的稳定性,从而为电Fenton和光电Fenton法在废水处理领域的实用应用奠定了良好的基础.
【Abstract】 Electrocemical synthesis of H2O2 solution with low alkali ratio was studied with self-made gas diffusion electrode(GDE) in a divided electrolytic cell using linear scanning voltammetry and galvanostatic electrolysis.The effects of pH value,catalyst(2-ethyl anthraquinone) loading,current density and temperature of electrolyte on the efficiency of H2O2 electrosynthesis were investigated.The results showed that H2O2 solution with low alkali ratio (0.23) and 0.45 mol/L H2O2 could be effectively obtained after galvanostatic electrolysis for 8 h under the optimized conditions:2.5%Na2SO4 solution with pH = 12 as catholyte,GDE with 1 mg/cm2 2-ethyl anthraquinone loading as cathode,current density of 750 A/m2 and electrolyte temperature lower than 35℃.And the electrolytic system has been operated smoothly for 18 d with high current efficiency(about 83%).This electrolytic system is expected to promote the practical application of electron-Fenton and photo-electron-Fenton methods in the waste water treatment.
