重金属Cr6+、Mn2+污染对小麦幼苗生理生化特性及生长的影响研究

【摘要】 对不同浓度Cr6+、Mn2+处理的小麦种子萌发、小麦叶片叶绿素组成含量及SOD、POD酶活性的变化进行了研究。结果表明,低浓度处理(Cr6+浓度≤10 mg/L、Mn2+浓度≤8 mg/L)能够促进小麦种子萌发和生长,提高叶绿素含量及SOD、POD酶活性;但随着处理浓度的升高,Cr6+、Mn2+对小麦的抑制作用逐渐增强,毒害作用明显。

【Abstract】 The changes of wheat germination,chlorophyll composition and content in the leaves,SOD and POD enzymes activities influenced by Cr6+ and Mn2+ were studied.The results showed that low concentration of Cr6+,Mn2+ treatments could promote wheat seed germination,increase the chlorophyll content,and also improve of SOD and POD enzymes activities.However,the obvious toxic action was observed,chlorophyll content in the leaves,and the POD and SOD enzymes activities would be restrained with the increase of concentration of Cr6+ and Mn2+ treatment.
