【摘要】 目的初步评估降钙素原(PCT)用于诊断沙门菌属感染的可行性。方法以医院231例疑似沙门菌属感染者的PCT和肥达反应进行回顾性统计分析,了解PCT在不同肥达反应结果中的分布规律。结果 231份标本中有肥达反应阳性78份,PCT阳性131份;肥达反应与PCT均阳性42例,二者均阴性89例,两者差异无统计学意义;无论肥达反应为阳性或阴性,PCT大多数均<1.0ng/ml,分别占88.1%和89.9%,其中PCT主要位于0.05～0.50,分别占66.7%和68.5%,两者差异也均无统计学意义;PCT<0.05ng/ml时,肥达反应阳性36例;0.05<PCT<1.00ng/ml时,肥达反应阳性37例,两者差异无统计学意义。结论 PCT在肥达反应阴性或阳性时阳性率、升高幅度、测定值分布情况均相似,缺乏特异性,不能满足临床检测指标的性能要求,故不推荐将PCT作为常规检测项目用于沙门菌属感染的诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To evaluate the feasibility of procalcitonin(PCT) in the rapid diagnosis of Salmonella infections.METHODS A total of 231 patients with suspected Salmonella infections were collected,PCT and Widal reactions were statistically and respectively analyzed to explore the relation between PCT and Widal reactions.RESULTS Of 231 samples investigated,78 cases were positive in Widal’s reaction,131 cases were positive in PCT;there were 42 cases who were positive in both Widal’s reaction and PCT and 89 cases who were negative in the both,the differences were not statistically significant;Whether Widal reaction was positive or negative,PCT were mostly no more than 1.0 ng/ml accounting for 88.1% and 89.9%,respectively,and PCT ranging from 0.05 to 0.50 ng/ml accounting for 66.7% and 68.5%,the difference was not statistically significant;as PCT was less than 0.05 ng/ml,there were 36 Widal-positive cases;as PCT ranged between 0.05 and 1.00 ng/ml,there were 37 Widal-positive cases,the difference was not statistically significant.CONCLUSION Whether the Widal reaction is negative or positive,the positive rate and degree of increase in PCT as well as the distribution of determination values are similar,namely the lack of specificity,PCT can not meet the performance requirements of the clinical detection so that it can not be recommended as a routine detection item for the diagnosis of Salmonella infections.更多还原
