【摘要】 目的对一起新生儿室泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌感染暴发进行调查分析,查找原因,以采取有效方法控制感染流行。方法采用现场采样检测,对采集标本进行细菌鉴定及药物敏感试验,检测结果为泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌的进一步采用肠杆菌基因组内重复序列聚合酶链反应(ERIC-PCR)基因检测其同源性。结果医院新生儿室2011年7月15-23日共收治患儿30例,连续发生4例泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌引起的下呼吸道感染病例,感染率为13.33%;经对室内环境表面采样检测,在共用的喉镜镜片表面分离出与4例感染患儿痰标本耐药模式一致的泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌,经ERIC-PCR基因检测确定为同一基因型。结论由泛耐药鲍氏不动杆菌污染的喉镜镜片引起的医院感染暴发。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate and analyze of one case of pan-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii infection in a neonatal ward,find out the causes so as to take effective measures to control the prevalence of infections.METHODS At first,this investigation was performed by using field sampling and testing method,the samples were collected for the bacterial identification and drug susceptibility testing.The homology of the identified pan-resistant A.baumannii isolates was further tested by using ERIC-PCR(Enterobacter genome sequence repeat polymerase chain reaction within).RESULTS Of totally 30 neonates receiving treatment in the neonatal ward from Jul 15th to Jul 23rd 2011,there were 4 cases of patients with lower respiratory tract infections caused by pan-drug resistant A.baumannii that consecutively occurred during this period,the infection rate was 13.33%.The sampling test for indoor environment showed that the drug resistance mode of the pan-drug resistant A.baumannii isolated from the surfaces of laryngoscope lens was as same as the isolates from the sputum specimens obtained from the 4 children with infections and ERIC-PCR gene test demonstrated that they were of the same genotype.CONCLUSION The hospital-acquired infection is resulted in the laryngoscope lens contaminated by pan-resistant A.baumannii.更多还原
