【摘要】 目的了解南通地区医院血液透析质量管理现状,发现存在安全隐患,提出改进建议。方法根据《医疗机构血液透析室基本标准(试行)》、《医疗机构血液透析室管理规范》等制定标准,对19所医院血液透析室进行现场调查。结果 19所医院平均得分(88.85±3.93)分;31.6%的医院功能区不全,洁污有交叉;27.3%的医院乙、丙型肝炎病毒阳性患者未分室(区)透析;57.9%的医院护士每班负责患者数>5例,26.3%的医院血透机>10张未配备专职技师;68.4%的医院有技术人员未经过专业培训上岗;73.7%的医院透析用水及透析液内毒素监测未定性。结论该地区医院血液透析室管理已趋向规范,但仍需进一步增加资金投入,配备足够人员,明确血液透析质量监控部门,加强技术人员专业培训,规范透析液及透析用水监测,确保透析设备正常运转。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To understand the present situation of hemodialysis quality and safety management,to find the hidden vulnerabilities and propose improvement measures.METHODS According to the basic standards of hemodialysis in medical establishment and regulatory of hemodialysis in medical establishment,a on site survey was carried out for hemodialysis rooms in 19 hospitals.RESULTS The average score of these 19 hospitals was(88.85±3.93);31.6% of hospitals did not have the complete functional areas,there was cross pollution;27.3% of hospitals did not separate rooms for the patients who suffered from hepatitis B and hepatitis C;the nurses in 57.9% of the hospitals were responsible for more than 5 patients on each duty;in 26.3% of these hospitals,there was no specialized technician in the hospitals which owned more than 10 hemodialysis machines;the technicians in 68.4% of the hospitals did not receive the specialized induction training;the dialysis water and dialysate endotoxin in 73.7% of the hospitals were detected qualitatively.CONCLUSION The management of hemodialysis is tended to be standardized in the region,but further efforts should be made,for instances,more investments and human resources are needed;which administration department should take charge of hemodialysis;specialized induction training should be enhanced;the monitoring of dialysis water and dialysate endotoxin should be standardized to ensure the normal running of the dialysis equipment.更多还原
