【摘要】 目的了解兰州市某医院围手术期及术后预防性抗菌药物使用现状。方法采用前瞻性和回顾性相结合的方法查阅相关病历,并填写围手术期抗菌药物应用调查表。结果清洁手术预防性抗菌药物使用率为70.8%,围手术期给药时机符合规范的占94.1%;使用频率位居前3位的抗菌药物分别是氨氯西林占21.6%、头孢硫脒占16.7%和头孢噻肟占11.8%。结论清洁手术围手术期预防用药执行情况较好,且部分清洁手术已做到术前、术后均不使用抗菌药物,部分预防性抗菌药物选药种类符合规范,但存在选药级别过高和预防用药指征不明确等问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To understand the current status of the application of prophylactic antibiotics during perioperative and postoperative period in a hospital of Lanzhou.METHODS The prospective and retrospective methods were applied to review the relevant medical records,and the survey questionnaire of perioperative application of antibiotics were also filled out.RESULTS Totally 70.8% of the clean surgeries have used the prophylactic antibiotics,among which 94.1% complied with standard drug delivery.The top three frequently-used antibiotics were ampicloxacillin(21.6%),cefathiamidine(16.7%),and cefotaxime(11.8%).CONCLUSION The prophylactic use of antibiotics during perioperative period of clean surgery is in better implementation,and even some of the cleaning operations do not use antibiotics any more before or after the operations.A portion of the selection of prophylactic antibiotics has conformed to the standard.However,there are the problems such as excessive level of drug selection and unclear indications of prophylactic use of antibiotics.更多还原
