【摘要】 目的探索基层医院多药耐药菌管理中存在的问题,制定预防和控制多药耐药菌医院感染的管理对策。方法通过临床实践,总结分析多药耐药菌医院感染防控中存在的问题。结果对多药耐药菌医院感染认识不足、相关知识缺乏、手卫生依从性低和抗菌药物不合理使用等,是影响多药耐药菌医院感染防控工作的原因。结论必须加强医院感染意识,健全管理制度、加强员工培训、加强抗菌药物应用管理,才能有效预防和控制基层医院发生多药耐药菌医院感染。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the problems existing in the management of multi-drug resistant bacteria infections in primary hospital,and to develop strategies for prevention and control.METHODS Through clinical practice,problems in the prevention and control of nosocomial infections caused by multi-drug resistant bacteria were summarized and analyzed.RESULTS Problems were found including lack of knowledge about multi-drug resistant nosocomial infections,low compliance to hand hygiene and irrational use of antibiotics and other multi-drug resistant bacteria.CONCLUSION Awareness of nosocomial infection should be enhanced.A sound management system,better staff training and improved implementation of antimicrobial agents are essential for the prevention and control of nosocomial infections caused by multi-drug resistant bacteria in primary hospitals.更多还原
