【摘要】 目的探讨颅内外动脉搭桥术治疗缺血性脑血管病患者的疗效研究。方法对新乡医学院第一附属医院2009年6月至2012年4月收治的43例短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者,行头部CT或MRI检查无大面积脑梗死,320排CT脑血流灌注成像(CTP)检查示局部脑缺血。对患者行颅内外动脉搭桥术,将病例进行疗效分析。结果 TIA患者术前CTP与颅内外动脉搭桥术后CTP对比示:吻合口通畅率为40例(93.02%),大脑中动脉(MCA)皮层支显影较术前良好,局部血流量、血容量,达峰时间、延迟时间和平均通过时间较术前明显改善,手术后无明显并发症。脑卒中症状有不同程度改善,TIA未再发作。结论颅内外动脉搭桥术对治疗缺血性脑卒中疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of intracranial artery bypass grafting treating ischemic cerebrovascular diseases.Methods Fourty three cases of transient ischemic attack(TIA) patients who were treated from June 2009 to April 2012 in the first affiliated hospital of Xinxiang Medical University received intracranial artery bypass surgery,preoperative CT or magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) scan showed no massive cerebral infarction patient,cerebral 320 CT brain perfusion(CTP) showed patients were focal cerebral ischemia,data of the patients were analyzed.Results Patients checked by CTP,anastomotic patency rate was 93.02%(40 cases),middle cerebral artery(MCA) cortex cerebral artery branch developed well after surgery,local blood flow,blood volume,time to peak,delay time and mean transit time were improved after surgery,no significant complications.There were varying degrees of improvement of stroke symptoms,TIA attack frequency was significantly reduced.Conclusion Intracranial artery bypass surgery on the treatment of ischemic stroke is effective.更多还原
