【摘要】 目的探讨中药蜡疗膏用于活动期类风湿关节炎的临床效果。方法将178例类风湿关节炎(RA)患者随机分为观察组92例(中药蜡疗膏加常规药物治疗)和对照组86例(常规药物治疗),观察两组治疗8周后28个关节疾病活动性评分(DAS28)、红外线热图像、炎性标志物。结果观察组患者症状体征、DAS28、红细胞沉降率、C反应蛋白均有明显改善(P<0.05),与对照组相应指标比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论中药蜡疗膏治疗RA具有显著的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Chinese paraffin paste treatment in patients with active rheumatoid arthritis.Methods Totally 178 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups.The 92 patients in the experimental group were treated by Chinese paraffin paste combined with disease modifying antirheumatic drugs(DMARDs),while the 86 patients in the control group were only treated by DMARDs.The changes of Disease Activity Score Calculator for Rheumatoid Arthritis(DAS28) scores,infrared thermal images and inflammatory markers were observed after 8 weeks’ treatment.Results The DAS28 scores,the values of ESR and CRP decreased significantly in the experimental group(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the parameters between the two groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Chinese paraffin paste treatment has significant therapeutic effects for patients with rheumatoid arthritis.更多还原
