【摘要】 目的探讨输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析2007年8月至2010年12月收治589例输尿管结石患者的临床资料。男309例,女280例,平均年龄47.8岁。结果 589例中共行600例次输尿管镜钬激光碎石,一次碎石成功率为94.3%(566/600),输尿管上段与中、下段结石一次碎石成功率分别为80.8%(97/120)、97.7%(469/480)。手术时间20～110分钟,平均37分钟,术后平均住院时间3.3天。拔出双J管后随访3～6个月复查B超、静脉尿路造影,结石排净率95.1%(571/600)。结论输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石是安全、高效、微创的手术方法,并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of Holmium laser for treating ureteral calculi.Methods The clinical data of 589 patients of ureteral calculi that were treated by Holmium laser lithotripsy via ureterosope during August 2007 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.Results The overall rate of successful fragmentation for all levels of ureteral stones in a single procedure achieved 94.3%(566/600).The success rates of fragmentation for the upper and mid-lower levels of ureteral stones was 80.8%(97/120) and 97.7%(469/480),respectively.The operation time was 20 ~ 110min(mean,37min),and the average stay was 3.3d.Ultrasonography and excretion urography were performed 3-6 months after extubation,the stone-free rate was 95.1%(571 / 600).Conclusions Holmium laser lithotripsy and endoureterotomy is highly effective,minimally invasive,safe and less complication for treatment of ureteral calculi.更多还原
