【摘要】 目的:优选肤宁洗剂的提取工艺。方法:采用水提醇沉法提取,以苦参碱含量为评价指标,以加水量、提取时间、提取次数、醇沉溶液的pH值为考察因素,采用正交试验优选工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为药材加8倍量水,提取3次,每次提取3h,醇沉溶液pH值为9.5。结论:所选工艺简便、稳定,可用于肤宁洗剂的提取。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE: To optimize the extraction technology of Funing lotion. METHODS: Water extraction and alcohol precipitation was adopted. The extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal design with water added, extraction time, extraction times and pH value of precipitating solution as factors using the content of matrine as index. RESULTS: The best extraction technology was 8 times water, extracting for 3 times, lasting for 3 h each time, pH value of precipitating solution of 9.5.
