【摘要】 目的:为提高高等职业药学专业学生实践能力提供参考。方法:我院根据医院药房和药品经营企业工作岗位的职责要求,开设了药学专业综合技能实训课程,使学生学会综合运用药学专业各学科的理论知识。结果:药学专业综合技能实训课程可以使学生了解药品生产、流通等各个环节,掌握合理用药、科学介绍药品、处方审核及调配的技能。结论:高等职业药学专业综合技能实训课程激发了学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生的从业能力,为学生今后从事相关工作奠定了基础,有利于培养医药行业高素质高技能人才,实现了与就业岗位的"零对接"。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the improvement of practice ability of pharmacy students in higher vocation college.METHODS:Comprehensive skill training was established for pharmacy students,according to the tenure requirements in hospital pharmacy and drug managing enterprises to promote student apply theory from each course of pharmacy major comprehen-sively.RESULTS:Comprehensive skill training can promote student to learn about drug production and distribution,master the skills of rational drug use,scientific drug introduction,prescription check and dispensary.CONCLUSION:The comprehensive skill training can arouse the students’interest,improve the employment ability of student,lay basis for student engaged in related work in the future,and contribution of pharmaceutical high-quality and high-skill talents training to realize"zero docking"with the employment posts.更多还原
