【摘要】 目的:为患儿静脉合理用药提供参考。方法:自行设计问卷调查表,对在我院门诊治疗的498名患儿的家长进行调查,填写问卷调查表并进行统计、分析。结果:共回收问卷498份,回收率为100.0%,回收有效率为98.9%。患儿家长对药物知识、不良反应、选择治疗方式等认知程度较低。静脉用药的潜在危害性、引起的不良反应了解与否,患儿家长文化程度、职业高低等成为用药认知度高低的影响因素。结论:患儿家长的静脉用药知识欠缺,应加强宣传,提倡合理用药。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To provide reference for the rational use of intravenous medicine of children.METHODS:A self-designed questionnaire was distributed to 498 parents of pediatric patients and answer was requested in-situ.The answered questionaries’were collected and analyzed statistically.RESULTS:498 copies of questionaries’were returned with 100.0% returning and 98.9% effectiveness.The analysis showed that the questioned parents were lack in knowledge of medicine,adverse reaction,selection of ways of medical care and etc.Potential danger of using intravenous medicine,adverse reaction from such medicine,educational level,profession and etc.were the main factors influencing the level of awareness of medicine use.CONCLUSIONS:Pediatric patients are much lack in knowledge of intravenous medicine,and so public education shall be enhanced to advocate for rational drug use.更多还原
