【摘要】 目的:观察白芍总苷(TGP)联合补骨脂注射液治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效和安全性。方法:将189例寻常型银屑病患者分为2组,治疗组97例,口服TGP联合应用补骨脂注射液;对照组92例,仅应用补骨脂注射液。2组疗程均为4周。观察2组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为88.66%,明显高于对照组(67.40%)。治疗组治疗后银屑病面积与严重程度指数(PASI)评分亦显著低于对照组。2组均未见严重不良反应发生。结论:TGP联合补骨脂注射液治疗寻常型银屑病有较好临床疗效,并可减少补骨脂注射液的副作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To observe the therapeutic efficacy and safety of total glucosides of paeony(TGP) combined with Fructus psoraleae injection in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.METHODS:189 cases of psoriasis patients were randomized into 2 groups:treatment group with 97 patients was treated with oral TGP combined with Fructus psoraleae injection;control group with 92 sufferers was given Fructus psoraleae injection alone.Observation duration lasted for 4 weeks.Therapeutic efficacy and adverse drug reaction of 2 groups were observed.RESULTS:The total effective rate for treatment group were 88.66% respectively;while that for the control group was 67.40%,thus the former was obviously higher than the latter(P<0.05).The PASI score in treatment group was obviously lower than in control group after treatment.No obvious adverse drug reaction was found in 2 groups.CONCLUSIONS:TGP combined with Fructus psoraleae injection has comparatively desirable clinical efficacy towards psoriasis vulgaris and can reduce side effects of Fructus psoraleae injection.更多还原
