【摘要】 目的:了解长江流域医院基本药物的应用情况及变化趋势,为国家基本药物制度更好地实施与落实及进一步促进药品的规范管理及临床合理用药提供参考。方法:调查长江流域29家医院2008-2010年基本药物使用情况,对销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)及日均费用(DDDc)进行统计、分析。结果:该地区基本药物的销售金额呈逐年上升趋势,年复合增长率为7.49%。基本药物销售金额占药品销售总金额的比例呈逐年下降趋势,由2008年的11.99%下降至2010年的8.80%;DDDs和销售金额排名最高的是调节水、电解质及酸碱平衡类药,且氯化钠注射液的销售金额及DDDs占居首位;注射剂的销售金额、DDDs及DDDc远高于口服剂型。结论:该地区基本药物的使用率偏低,提高该区域医疗卫生机构对国家基本药物制度的了解和执行程度,提高基本药物的使用率,进一步促进临床用药安全、有效、经济、合理已成为当务之急。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:To understand the application of essential drugs and trends in hospitals in Yangtze River region and to provide reference for the implementation of essential drug system in order to further promote standard drug management and clinical use of drugs in the clinic.METHODS:The application of essential drugs in 29 hospitals in Yangtze River region during 2008-2010 were analyzed statistically in terms of consumption sum,DDDs and DDDc.RESULTS:The consumption sum of essential drugs in the region was rising year by year with annual compound growth rate of 7.49%.The proportion of consumption sum of essential drugs in the total consumption sum of drug was in declining trend,from 11.99% in 2008 down to 8.80% in 2010.Agents for regulating water,electrolyte and acid-base balance occupied the front place in the list of DDDs and consumption sum.Sodium chloride injection took up the first place in the list of consumption sum and DDDs.The consumption sum,DDDs and DDDc of injection was much higher than oral dosage forms.CONCLUSIONS:The utilization of essential drugs is in low level in Yangtze River region.It is urgent to enhance the understanding of medical institutions and implementation of the national essential drug policy in the region,increase utilization of essential drugs,further promote safe,effective,economical and reasonable use of drugs in the clinic.更多还原
