【摘要】 目的分析肾病综合征患儿的护理和家庭健康教育。方法将50例患者随机分成两组,实验组25例肾病综合征患儿在常规的护理基础上,加强对其家庭进行积极的健康宣教;对照组25例采用传统的常规护理方法。结果实验组患儿经过有效治疗和护理后,患儿家长满意率高,相关健康教育知识掌握程度好。结论优质的护理模式和重视患儿家庭的健康教育,可以提高患儿家庭对肾病综合征的正确认识,提高生活质量,减少并发症的发生,有利于疾病的转归。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the nursing and family health education of children with nephrotic syndrome.Methods Fifty cases were randomly divided into two groups,experimental group had 25 children with nephrotic syndrome and they were given positive health education for their family with reinforcement based on the effective treatment and nursing;the control group with 25 cases were given the traditional routine care method.Results After effective treatment and nursing,the satisfaction rate of children’s parents in experimental group were high with good extent of the relevant health education knowledge.Conclusion High quality care and family health education for paying a attention to the children can improve children family to understand the nephrotic syndrome,improve the quality of life and reduce complications,so it is helpful to disease outcome.更多还原
