【摘要】 目的探讨全身麻醉与连续硬膜外麻醉在硅沉着病患者人工股骨头置换术中的临床对比。方法对2008年1月～2012年3月在本院行人工股骨头置换手术的硅沉着病患者135例采用全麻和连续硬膜外麻醉两种麻醉方式的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果两种麻醉方式均能顺利完成手术,两组间麻醉效果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组术中收缩压和舒张压均较术前显著下降(P<0.05),组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年硅沉着病患者行人工股骨头置换术中应用连续硬膜外麻醉和全麻都是安全的,应根据患者的具体情况选择麻醉方式,以实现最佳的麻醉治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the clinical comparison on general anesthesia and continuous epidural anesthesia in patients with silicosis treated by artificial femoral head replacement.Methods One hundred and thirty five patients with silicosis treated by artificial femoral head replacement in our hospital from January 2008 to March 2012 were given general anesthesia and continuous epidural anesthesia,and the clinical data of them were retrospectively analyzed.Results All patients treated by two anesthesia methods underwent the operation successfully,there was no significant difference between two groups’ anesthesia effect(P > 0.05);Intraoperative systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of two groups were significantly reduce compared with before operation(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Conclusion Application on general anesthesia and continuous epidural anesthesia in patients with silicosis treated by artificial femoral head replacement is safe;anesthesia method should be chosen according to the specific circumstance of patients in order to achieve the best effect.更多还原
