【摘要】 目的探讨动态心电图与常规心电图ST-T分析在高血压患者中的诊断价值。方法选择150例使用常规心电图检查和动态心电图检查的高血压患者,比较两种检查方法中患者ST-T的变化情况。结果常规心电图检出ST段缺血性压低的比例显著低于动态心电图(P<0.05),同时常规心电图检出V4～V6低平或倒置的比例亦显著低于动态心电图(P<0.05)。结论对于高血压患者,动态心电图检查是一种无创且效率较高的方法,相对于常规心电图检查,其具有更高的敏感性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of dynamic electrocardiogram and routine electrocardiogram to hypertension in ST-T diagnosis.Methods One hundred and fifty cases of patients with essential hypertension who used routine electrocardiogram and dynamic electrocardiogram were selected,the ST-T changes in patients between two screening methods were compared.Results Routine electrocardiogram in the detection of ST segment ischemic depression was significantly lower than dynamic electrocardiogram(P < 0.05),the conventional electrocardiogram in the detection of V4-V6 flat or inverted ratio were significantly lower than dynamic electrocardiogram(P < 0.05).Conclusion Compared with the conventional electrocardiogram,for patients with hypertension,dynamic electrocardiogram is a noninvasive and high efficiency method,which has higher sensitivity.更多还原
